What The Home Maid offers our Clients

Our house cleaners are vetted, ID and address checked and undergo an extensive recruitment process

All cleaners provide us with a minimum of 2 written references, which clients are welcome to check

Our clients get the same cleaner each time

Our rate for weekly cleaning is £13 per hour. There are no hidden extras

​

All of our cleaners speak English!

​

Our cleaners are insured against accidental damage 

​

We can offer a replacement cleaner for holiday or sickness cover

​

We also offer a first class ironing service

​

Less than 1 in 20 applicants is accepted onto our agency

Have the cleaner stick to a set routine or vary the tasks each week to suit

​

We offer weekly cleaning, fortnightly cleaning and initial deep cleans

Our cleaners use your products and materials

We will always be transparent and clear about our rates and service 

​

We have a friendly and supportive customer service 

​

No long term contracts, we just require one month's notice to end your service

If you are not entirely happy with your cleaner, we will be happy to provide a more suitable cleaner for you
